[Bug Fix] Event Log Service file no found exception

이벤트 로그 서비스가 시작이 안되고, 파일을 찾을 수 없다고 나올때
레지스트리 값을 수정하자.
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog"
경로의 "Parameters" 폴더를 삭제!
